GA Bersama 6 Temanya ditangkap saat Melakukan penipuan aksi Penjualan Parsel

TANGERANG,- Lensa Publik,- Polisi menciduk tujuh wanita karena melakukan penipuan dengan modus menjual parsel Lebaran berharga murah. Para pelaku berhasil menghimpun dana pembeli hingga mencapai Rp1 miliar.

Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi mengatakan, upaya yang dilakukan dengan tipu muslihat dan bujuk rayu maka tersangka bersama rekannya berhasil memperdayai sedikitnya 120 korban.

“Dalam menjalankan aksi penipuan tersebut maka (pelaku) GA telah berhasil mengumpulkan uang mencapai Rp1 miliar,” katanya, Senin (18/5).

Ade Ary mengatakan, sebagai otak dari kasus tersebut adalah GA (34) warga Perumahan Triraksa Village, Kecamatan Tigaraksa, Kabupaten Tangerang.

Petugas menangkap GA pada Minggu (17/5) di rumahnya, kemudian tersangka lain di antaranya yakni R (30), M (32), Nn (29).

Dia menambahkan, aksi penjualan parsel itu sudah dilaksanakan sejak Februari 2020 dengan cara menjerat korban menawarkan parsel harga murah.

Parsel yang ditawarkan itu dikemas secara menarik dan diisi dengan aneka komoditi seperti tepung, gula, minyak goreng, sirup dan kebutuhan lainnya.

Setelah itu, kata Ade, parsel itu difoto dan ditawarkan dengan harga di bawah normal. Saat masuk masa pandemi virus Corona (COVID-19) dan mendekati Lebaran, kegiatan menawarkan parsel semakin gencar dan pelanggan terus bertambah.

Dalam pengakuan tersangka kepada pelanggan bahwa barang untuk parcel itu dibeli dari tengkulak sehingga harganya lebih murah bila dibandingkan dengan di pasar tradisional atau pusat perbelanjaan.

Parsel tersebut dalam bentuk paket seperti Rp40.000 yang berisi gula tepung, sirup, teh serta aneka makanan ringan sedangkan di pasaran harga normal sekitar Rp100.000.

Demikian pula paket parsel lainnya harga Rp80.000 berisi minyak goreng, sarden, tepung, gula, permen, aneka minuman, padahal harga normal berkisar Rp150.000. Ada juga paket yang normalnya seharga Rp300 ribu namun ditawarkan seharga Rp105 ribu kepada konsumen, hal ini membuat tertarik serta ada yang memesan lebih dari 20 paket.

“Setelah korban menyetor uang pembelian, maka tersangka hanya mengirimkan sebagian kecil dari yang dijanjikan, bahkan ada juga yang tidak dikirimkan,” ungkapnya. (Dd)
